What we collect
If you create an account we store your email address, account creation date, and your subscription or access status. If you subscribe, our payment provider processes your payment details and shares only a customer reference and subscription status with us. We never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
We use your data to provide your account, manage billing and access, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Processors
We use a hosting and database provider to run the service, and a payment provider to handle subscriptions and invoices. These providers process data on our behalf under contract.
Retention and your rights
We keep account data while your account is active and for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@vialolink.com.
Cookies
We use only essential storage needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.
